Yakitori is one of the most well-known food in Japan. Making our delicious Yakitori begins with inserting a stick into a few piece of fresh raw chicken. The sticks of chicken are broiled using machine, before being dipped into our specially formulated “Tare” (sauce). Yakitori is a very popular dish in Japan. Many working people grab a yakitori and a beer from yakitori stalls on the way home from work. Yakitori is also a common, cheap accompaniment to beer in izakayas.
Bento Set
In order to deliver Yakitori as a proper dine in or take away meal, suitable, we have come out with Bento Set concept. Meat sticks are combined with Japanese rice, pickles, seaweed and of course with our specially formulated "Tare" (Sauce).
